In his first turn as “Saturday Night Live” host, Adam Sandler
noted the distance of time that had passed since he was a young twenty or
twenty-one working as a writer and performer on the show from 90 to 95. Shawn
Mendes heard that he eventually broke into song with the balled “I Got Fired
by NBC”.
Example of the lyrics:
Maybe they were sick of Canteen Boy or I think they just hate Jews.

comedian who worked at “Saturday Night Live” during Sandler’s tenure. When
Sandler was singing, the Rock joined him on stage for a chorus of “I got fired”
at the same time, Pete Davidson came out for a heartfelt chorus until Sandler
reminded Davidson that he had not technically been fired by NBC yet.
Sandler said with clap “Be patient because it is coming soon,”

Davidson, Shawn Mendes started to sing his “In My Blood” song. Adam Sandler was
listening to Shawn Mendes on the stage. A beautiful scene was created at that
time.
Adam Sandler said to NBC that he was done and made over 4 billion
US Dollar at the box office so he thought NBC could say it won.
